Mid-century modern, 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home within minutes of Siesta Key Beach and Turtle Beach; (closest Siesta beach access is 2.4 miles away. Main Siesta Beach access is 4.2 miles away) easy access to downtown. This house was completely renovated in 2017, and the pool and patio area was resurfaced in 2020. Open concept, split floor plan, WiFi, screen enclosed pool and patio area, propane grill, large driveway for off-street parking, fenced corner lot in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to delicious frozen custard! Great for families.
Though there is no extra fee for heating the pool, we do ask that you request it in advance as it takes a couple of days for pool to reach warmer temperatures when the weather is cool.
